OAK RIDGE, February 24, 2014 - Restoration Services, Inc. (RSI), a small employee-owned environmental and project management services company recently announced the appointment of Paul Clay as President. Clay succeeds company founder and outgoing president, Staci Ferguson..
Paul Clay joined RSI in 2008 as Director of Environment, Safety, Health and Quality. Prior to joining RSI, Paul worked for Jacobs Engineering Group where he was assigned as Vice President and Deputy General Manager for the Bechtel Jacobs Company LLC joint venture in Oak Ridge.
Clay has 45 years of experience, including 34 years as a project and program manager of environmental restoration and waste management work performed for private sector and government clients, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).
Staci Ferguson said, “It was important for the owners, as we transitioned from a woman-owned to an employee-owned company, that we maximize the company’s future potential by placing our trust in someone who can take the company to the next step. Paul not only brings his previous big business leadership to the company, he also brings integrity, passion, and an unprecedented reputation in our industry.”
